1 knob Ginger,

Juice from 1 Lime/Lemon

1/4 cup Pineapple

1/2 Banana

15 Spinach leaves

1 cup Kale

1 tsp Hemp seeds

1/4 cup Almond milk

1/4 cup Coconut milk

Water

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a blender and blend until smooth.
